Sketchbook Drawings (Part 1 of 3) - a series of pen drawings. I was feeling pretty down. So I spent the day touring around art galleries in London. While walking, while taking the Underground, while sitting on a park bench... I managed to complete over 30 drawings one afternoon. Over the next week I managed to complete another 25 or so drawings. The Sketchbook Drawings are a selection of those drawings. In an email I wrote to Marco Martins "that day my mind was feeling like a rain cloud." I wanted to go out for drinks and good conversation, but something unexpected arose and Marco had attend to other matters that day.
