The Stages of Under Self Painting Before starting this painting I knew that the energy I had inside myself would reach the canvas. I set up the tripod and camera in the studio and took a few pictures at various stages of painting the canvas. The portrait, the self is under paint. The language of the abstraction of the paint pulled me. Less information more interpretation. I wanted to convey a feeling.
