Last night the weather man said it would rain.. I could not sleep. I stayed up very late doing drawings... drawings... and more drawings. The day broke and the weather man was wrong... dead wrong. The sky was blue... big beautiful clouds and sun rays that made the clouds golden on the edges. The sun rays were like razor blades... so sharp. The wind was warm, but hinted cold... reminding me that winter was coming and was going to wake up very soon... this week I was weak. It was such a beautiful day. Drawing late at night down... down.... down... the night sky was dark and was falling. Morning broke the light was so clear that it opened my eyes. With the seasons changing the leaves were brown and hit the ground. The leaves were falling off the trees like diving sparrows. It gets dark much earlier now. And my painting days are more compacted and intense. I feel more explosive when I attack the canvas.
