| Who
can do Yoga?
Yes we can all benefit from the practice of yoga. Whatever happens to the body has an effect on the mind and vice versa. Mental tension manifests as stiffness in the body, while stiffness in the body manifests as inflexibility in the mental outlook. The practice of asanas (postures) enhances flexibility, thereby liberating the mind. Yoga is an integrated system of education for the body, mind, and inner spirit. Yoga can be practiced by anyone regardless of age, sex, or physical ability. It will enhance your studies, reduce stress, increase your physical abilities and help you enjoy your free time. However, if you suffer from any specific medical condition, it is best to check with your doctor before taking up asana practice.
